Several months ago I learned about the seasons of life and what is really important to us all. My wife had a respiratory arrest, followed by a stroke and heart attack, basically the trifecta which usually leads to death. I was lucky enough to have been trained (by her) in CPR and for over 7 minutes I kept her barely alive until the medics got to our house. She was in a coma and placed in the ICU at Carson Tahoe Regional Hospital. She came out blind and quadriplegic with our full understanding that we had a very long road ahead to any level of recovery. We have been very lucky to have had the experts at Renown Neurological Rehab Hospital in Reno NV to take her in and give her the tools to help make her  get better.
We are now at the 4 month mark and she has mad amazing progress, gaining pretty much full use of all extremities, most of her memory, and best of all some of her eyesight.
I want to thank all of our family and friends that have had us in their thoughts and prayers for so many months.
